매일 오늘의 영어회화를 실천해볼까 한다. 내년엔 능숙하게 말하고 듣기를 기대해본다.

 

1. 회화

 

A : Do you happen to know where the movie theater is?

 

B : Yes. Why do you want to know?

 

A : Well. I ask Sara out on a date for this coming Friday night.

 

B : Sounds great! I will write down these disections so you don't get lost.

 

A : Okey.

 

B : First, drive down !st street going west, cross the river,

and keep going straight until Wall Street.

 

A : Until Wall Street?

 

B : Right. Then turn left, and the movie theater is the first building on the right.

혹시 영화관이 어디 있는지 알아?

 

응. 왜 그러는데?

 

음. 사라한테 이번 주 금요일 저녁에 만나자고 데이트 신청을 했거든.

 

좋겠다! 길 잃지 않게 가는 길을 적어줄게.

 

알았어.

 

우선 1번가를 따라 서쪽으로 내려가서 강을 건너, 그리고 월스트리트가 나올 때까지 계속 직진해.

 

월스트리트까지?

 

맞아. 거기에서 좌회전하면 오른쪽 첫 번째 건물이 영화관일 거야.
